Peace Children Care Home of India

Mission

The mission of Peace Children Care Home is to provide a loving, Christian home for orphaned, abandoned or otherwise destitute children, to nurture the children in love and bring them up in the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ and to provide opportunity for each child to raise his/her level of education

A Brief History from 2005 to Present

Peace Children Care Home of India was founded in 2005 by Pastor Luke and his wife, Dhanabackiyam. PCCH began with 5 children in a rented place. In 2009 a child received a Samaritan’s Purse Christmas Gift Box packed by Mt. Gilead Baptist Church. They wrote back to the church seeking support to run the home. Since this time, Mt. Gilead has been blessed to visit the campus on several occasions. By the grace of God the funds have been raised to support PCCH and continue its mission. To date, 164 children have been admitted.
